In cases of credible complaints or allegations, First House may act immediately or consult external experts for a thorough evaluation. Depending on the investigation's findings, we may adjust access or participation within our community, which could range from content removal to a permanent ban.At First House, every community member's contribution towards a positive and memorable experience is highly valued.
